A flash deal lowers the price of a finished piece. It does not change the metal, the stone, or the sizing limits. When you checkout, the deal price is the price on the request. A representative still confirms the order with you before anything is prepared. The timer resets at the end of the week.
How a deal price is honored
The struck-through figure is the regular shop price. The lower figure is the deal. If the timer reaches zero before you checkout, refresh the page and the regular price returns. Pieces already placed as order requests keep the price that was on the cart when you submitted the form.
Deals are limited by the batch on the tray. The meter under each card is a guide to how much of that batch has already been requested this cycle. It is not a promise of a courier scan. If a size cannot be made from the remaining blanks, the representative will say so and offer a related piece rather than force a setting.
Gift wrap remains included. Engraving, if you ask for it, is quoted in the follow-up and is not assumed to be part of the deal price.
